How can I obtain cliendId and cliendSecret parameters?

How can I upoload product images?

Using endpoint "AddOrEditProductsInBulk", you can pass image URL value (field “coverImage“). Image will be automatically downloaded. If you can’t provide image URL, you can use Merchant Portal, where we accept URL as well as .ZIP folders.

I called "AddOrEditProductsInBulk" endpoint, got message code 200, but products aren’t loaded. What I did wrong?

After a successful endpoint call, Ananas onboarding team has to load new items manually. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email message. On the other hand, items with existing EAN code will be loaded instantly.

What fields I can edit, after product import?

After product import, you can change stockLevel, basePrice, vat, packageWeightValue, packageWeightUnit, serviceable, sku.

How frequently I need to update the product data (stock and price)?

It’s up to you, however recomendation is one per day. On the days you have a lot of orders, you can keep 2 updates on a daily basis.
